Every Decision Has a Story

As a child, he would finish his homework, run downstairs and return only when his mother called him home. There were no air-quality checks, planned routes or constant supervision.

Years later, his daughter asked him a simple question: “Why can’t I go outside and play on my own?”

Before every cycling trip, he checked the pollution level, inspected the route and followed his children in the car. Something that should have been part of childhood had become another family task requiring planning.

The family did not want to leave India. They wanted a second home where school holidays could mean fresh air, open spaces and more time outdoors. After considering their priorities, they explored the Greece Golden Visa through qualifying real estate.

A suitable property was selected after the required legal and technical checks. With no minimum annual stay, the family could continue its life in India while spending holidays in Greece.

Their daughter still asks to go outside. The difference is that the answer can now be: “Yes—go and play.”
